Preamble
Access to the swimming pool is free and strictly reserved for campsite guests, who must comply with the campsite rules. Access to the pool is by compulsory wristband.
1. Swimming pool capacity
The swimming pool has a capacity of 147 people and is located in a solarium area equipped with deckchairs. In the event of overcrowding, access to the pool may be temporarily suspended by campsite staff.
2. Opening and closing
The campsite swimming pool is open when the campsite is open. Opening hours are from 9.00 am to 8.30 pm. Management reserves the right to change the opening hours or close the pool for weather, technical, health or safety reasons.
The closing of the pool is announced 30 minutes before closing time.
3. General rules
The pool is a non-smoking area.
Food and beverages (with the exception of bottled water) must be consumed outside. It is forbidden to eat, chew gum, spit or throw garbage in the pool area.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
4. Attire and behavior of users
Wearing a bathing cap is not compulsory.
Wearing a bathing suit is compulsory.
Wearing long shorts, Bermuda shorts and swimming shorts, as well as thongs, micro-bikinis and monokinis, is forbidden. For men, only band briefs, swim briefs, boxer briefs or jammer are allowed in the pool.
Users must remain correctly and decently dressed.
Any act or behavior likely to offend decency, public decency, the tranquillity of bathers, good order or the cleanliness of the establishment is strictly forbidden and will be punished by immediate dismissal from the pool.
It is forbidden to operate radios, recorders or CD players and to take photographs without the consent of the persons concerned.
5. Hygiene
Pets are strictly forbidden in the pool area.
It is forbidden to wear shoes in the pool area. Please leave them in the lockers in the entrance area. Only children's rubber slippers are permitted.
Pedal baths are compulsory on entering and leaving the pool.
It is strongly recommended to use the toilet before bathing. It is forbidden to urinate anywhere other than in the toilet. It is forbidden to use soap or any other similar product in the pool.
Access to the pools is forbidden :
- Persons suffering from illnesses whose external effects may cause discomfort or contagion for others (contagious dermatological infections such as plantar warts, mycosis, chicken pox, measles, or with unhealed wounds wearing bandages);
- Anyone in an obvious state of uncleanliness.
Only young children equipped with special swim diapers are allowed to bathe.
All swimmers are responsible for keeping the pool area clean and tidy.
6. Responsibility and supervision
Access to the pool is free of charge and strictly reserved for campsite guests, who must comply with the campsite rules and regulations. Users are responsible for any incidents or accidents that may occur to them or to third parties as a result of their failure to comply with these rules. They are also financially liable for any damage caused by their actions.
Management and staff cannot under any circumstances be held responsible in the event of an accident.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult who is solely responsible for their supervision. This person must pay particular and constant attention to the supervision of the minors they accompany.
7. Safety
For their own safety, pool users are obliged to comply with the internal regulations.
It is forbidden to :
- disturbing users by noisy, dangerous or immoral games or actions
- pushing or throwing people into the water when they are parked on the pool deck
- running, shouting, diving, throwing water, etc.water
- simulate drowning, practice apnea
- play with balls
- use inflatable mattresses, beach games, masks, snorkels, flippers, floating devices, etc.
- climbing fences and separations of any kind
- parking above water intakes
- swimming while intoxicated.
8. Respect for facilities
It is forbidden to damage the facilities and installations. Any damage will be repaired at the offender's expense.
9. Penalties
Any person who contravenes these rules may be excluded from the pool at any time by the staff.
Failure to comply with the rules will immediately result in either :
- a call to order
- expulsion from the establishment, without reimbursement
- a temporary or permanent ban on entering the pool
All these disciplinary measures will be taken without prior notice of legal proceedings which, in serious cases, may be taken against offenders.
10. Lost and found
The management and staff cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the loss, theft, disappearance or damage of objects or clothing. The campsite is not insured against the loss or theft of jewelry, valuables or cash, even when deposited with staff. Users are asked not to bring any valuables with them. Lost and found must be handed in and/or claimed at the campsite reception.
